Extract from the Fiscal Code, title 2, chap. II, art. 21, par. 4, lit. p: "(...) taxpayers who sponsor and/or act as agents according to the provisions of Law No. 32/1994 on sponsorship, as amended, (...) shall be deducted from the profit tax due to the related amounts within the minimum limit as follows: 1) 3‰ (in thousand) of the turnover; 2) 20% (percent) of the income tax payable."
